Next Level Leadership Partners
Watch our latest podcast with the Next Level Leadership team. In this session, we'll talk with Jordan Rohrer (owner) about his clear purpose for accepting leadership responsibility and the purpose that drives The Power Connection!
Our Mission Is To Deliver the Gold Standard in Electrical Contracting:
To be the electrical contractor of choice for commercial builders, industry, manufacturing and the employer of choice for electricians.
The Power Connection’s Core Values:
Taking care of people is our number one priority. We place a high value on giving back to the community and supporting our neighbors in times of need. This includes participating in local charity events, food drives, and giving our employees time and opportunities to do activities that benefit the community.
Our Vision:
At The Power Connection, we strive every day to learn, assess and implement the newest technologies and best practices while honoring our legacy of providing reliable, quality electrical services as we have for over a decade. We are committed to providing good work for a fair price. Our focus on sustained, controlled growth will never come at the expense of the personal service our customers have come to know and expect. And our commitment to our employees is second to none; we want them to know they are working for a family-owned business that puts its employees first and looks out for their best interests.
